) Loosen setscrew 1 . Move rockng thread take-up 2
to rght and left to adjust the dstance between the
thread hole and the center of rockng thread take-up
shaft 3 to 83 mm. Fx setscrew 1 .
2) Adjust so that rockng thread take-up base 4 s level
when the rockng thread take-up s n ts lowest poston.
Retghten screw 5 to fix the rocking thread take-up
base.
Adjust so that the top end of thread gude thread path
(rear) 3 of spreader thread gude 2 algns wth the low-
est poston of slot of spreader thread take-up 1 when
spreader thread take-up 1 s n ts hghest poston.
Then tghten screw 4 to fix the spreader thread guide.

Adjust so that thread comes off from the hghest place
of looper thread cam 2 when needles come down
and the top end of left needle 3 algns wth the bottom
surface of looper 4 . Then tghten screws 1 to fix the
looper thread cam.

When the thread drawng amount s desred to be de-
creased n case of 2-needle machne or the lke, loosen
screws 7 , move upward thread gudes 5 and 6 and
tghten screws 7 to fix them.
