N Lift the air filter and pull it off toward
the rear

N Press the air filter with the base on a
level surface – the filter cover will be
pressed off
N
Wash the filter in a clean, non-
flammable cleaning liquid (e. g.,
warm soapy water) and dry it
Always replace a damaged filter.
N Replace filter cover (let the lug snap
in) and reinstall the air filter

Engine Management

Exhaust emissions are controlled by the
design of the fundamental engine
parameters and components (e.g.
carburation, ignition, timing and valve or
port timing) without the addition of any
major hardware.
