Problem
The appliance

Possible cause
You did not remove the
packaging and/or the
transit bolts.
The load is very small.
The end of the drain
hose is too low.
The detergent you used
was not sufficient or cor-
rect.
You did not remove the
stubborn stains before
you wash the laundry.
You set a not correct
temperature.
Too much laundry load.
The lamp is burned.
The appliance is not ac-
curately levelled.
A wrong STEAM pro-
gramme has been selec-
ted (e.g. Synthetic in-
stead of Cotton).
Excessive laundry load.
It is necessary to set a
tare.
You loaded the laundry
before to activate the
appliance.
Possible solution
Remove the packaging and/or
the transit bolts. Refer to 'Instal-
lation'.
Add more laundry in the drum.
Make sure that the drain hose is
in the correct position.
Increase the detergent quantity
or use a different one.
Use special products to remove
the stubborn stains.
Make sure that you set the cor-
rect temperature.
Decrease the laundry load.
To replace the lamp, contact
the service centre.
Check the levelling and adjust
the appliance by raising or low-
ering the feet.
Note the composition of the
fabric.
Reduce the laundry load
Press button
the appliance and to activate it
again.
Press button
the appliance . Empty the drum
and obey to the necessary
steps. (Refer to 'Loading the
laundy')
If the display shows other alarm mes-
sage, contact the service centre.
