Place the document(s) in the ADF tray
or on the scanner glass

Click Prescan to display the
document image in the Preview
Screen and select a scanning area.

Click Scan .
The scanner will start scanning the
document(s).

Printing a Scanned
Document
Make sure the document that you wish to print has
been selected.
For Windows 3.1 users:

Click the File menu, then click Print .
The Print window is displayed.

Click OK .
After several minutes, the document will be
printed. Print time depends on the size of the
document.

For Windows 95 / Windows NT

Click the File menu, then click Print .
The Print window is displayed.

Document
Click the File menu, then click
Save As .
The Save an Image to Disk window is
displayed.
Enter the File Name.
Select the File Type.
Click OK .
The document will be saved.
Click the File menu, then click
Save As .
The Save an Image to Disk window is
displayed.
Enter the File Name.
Select the File Type.
Click Save .
The document will be saved.
