Before using
_.34_Tripod receptacle
This is a hole for attaching the Camcorder to
optional tripod. (Please carefully read the
operating instructions for how to attach the tripod
to the Camcorder.)
eYou cannot open the card slot cover when the
tripod is used. Insert the card first and then
attach the tripod.
Attaching the lens cap
Fit the lens cap to protect the surface of the lens.
eThe lens cap and the lens cap cord come pre-
attached to the grip belt.
eWhen not using the lens cap, pull the lens cap
cord in the direction of the arrow. O
eWhen you are not recording, be sure to cover
the lens with the lens cap for protection.
eWhen you remove the lens cap, press the knobs
firmly.
How to remove the Sensor tag
(for U.S.A. only)
1 Flip the grip belt,
Remove the Sensor tag and then fix the grip
belt.
The grip belt
Adjust the belt length so it fits your hand.
1 Adjust the belt length and the pad position.
O Flip the belt.
Adjust the length.
