Modifying parameters

1.
Click the RCU, Path, or SSID on the list.
2.
Right-click, and click Modify. A pane for each operation appears.
3.
Modify parameters, and click Set.
4.
Click Apply on the Continuous Access XP main pane to apply modifications.
NOTE:
After the delete operation of the RCU, Path, and SSID operation, the Modify command is not
available.

Deleting RCUs, paths, or SSIDs

1.
Click the RCUs, paths, or SSIDs on the list.
2.
Right-click, and click Omit. Selected RCUs, paths, or SSIDs are deleted from the list, and deleted RCUs,
paths, or SSIDs are out of the operations.
3.
Click Apply on Continuous Access XP main pane to apply the deletions.
The Cancel All command deletes all RCUs, paths, or SSIDs on the list, and all RCUs, Paths, or SSIDs
removed from operations. All RCUs, paths, or SSIDs can also be deleted using the Omit command and
selecting all the RCUs, paths, or SSIDs on the list. When all RCUs, paths, or SSIDs are deleted (by the
Cancel All or Omit command), the list status becomes the Volume list.

Continuous Access XP Asynchronous operations include:
• "Viewing consistency group status (CT Group
• "Adding consistency groups (Add CT
• "Modifying consistency group options (CT Group
• "Deleting consistency groups (Delete CT
• "Asynchronous copy
Use the Asynchronous Operation pane to perform asynchronous operations. For more information, see
"Asynchronous Operation
Asynchronous Operation pane have the following common procedure:
1.
Click a consistency group mode (Show ALL, Used, or Not Used) to be operated in the Consistency
Group tree.
2.
Click one or more consistency group to be operated in the Consistency Group list.
3.
Right-click. The pop-up menu consists of:
• CT Group Operation: Performs the following consistency group operations:
• CT Group Status (see
• Add CT Group (see
• CT Group Option (see
• Delete CT Group (see
• Async Option: Sets parameters for the asynchronous copy operation (see

4.
Click a command, and use the pane to make your settings.
5.
Click Set. The Consistency Group list changes to the Consistency Group Settings Parameter list or
Asynchronous Options Settings Parameter list. Only consistency groups selected in
and items in the list depend on the selected command.
