Usage Monitor Pane - HP xp12000 User Manual

• Offloading Timer: Maximum time between Continuous Access XP Async recordset transfers. If the
consistency group is not in use, this column is blank. If the CU is an RCU, this parameter is invalid,
and a hyphen appears in this column.
• Inflow Control: Indicates if inflow control is enabled. If the consistency group is not in use, this
column is blank. If the CU is an RCU, this parameter is invalid, and a hyphen appears in this
column.
• Paired S/N: Serial number of the paired disk array (disk array with the lowest serial number). When
the consistency group is not registered, the column is blank.
• Paired ID: SSID (Storage disk array ID) of the paired disk array (disk array with lowest SSID). When
the consistency group is not registered, the column is blank.
• Other S/N: Exist: Indicates that there is an RCU other than the one with the lowest serial number.
When there is no other RCU, the column is blank.
• CLPR: Number and name of the CLPR to which the volumes forming the pair belong. If the
consistency group is not in use, this column is blank. For more information about CLPRs, see the
HP StorageWorks XP Disk/Cache Partition user guide.
• Operation: Current operation performed by the Asynchronous Operation tab.

Usage Monitor pane

The Usage Monitor pane displays user-selected remote copy I/O statistics and status of remote copy usage
monitoring, and provides access to the Continuous Access XP usage monitor operations (see
Monitor operations" on page 84).
The Usage Monitor pane is updated when the tab is switched from one to another, Refresh is clicked, and
settings are applied.

The Usage Monitor pane contains the following items:
• Status: Displays Running when monitoring is on. Displays Stop when monitoring is off. When
monitoring is stopped, the usage monitor graph is closed. The usage monitor graph can be displayed
only when monitoring is running.
• Rate: Data collection rate for usage monitoring.
• Operation: Used to select a usage monitor operation.
• Update: Most recent data sample time of data on the graph.
