Using an ATA card, an SRAM card, and a Flash card:

Rule 6 The Enhanced Card Services ( I BMDSCSE.SYS) is necessary
only when you are using a Flash card.
When the total storage of the Flash cards used at the same
time exceeds 10MB, you must do one of the following:
Assign the /TSIZE: n parameter in the PAWATASF.SYS file.

This increases the memory resident area for
PAWATASF.SYS.
Assign the /EMS parameter in the PAWATASF.SYS file, and
the /NE parameter in the IBMDOSCS.SYS file. This sets
IBMDOSCS.SYS not to use the EMS page frame and
allows PAWATASF.SYS to use it instead. ( T he EMS
memory must be enabled.)
For example:
