No heat.
Heat from top oven element only.
Heat from bottom oven element only.

NOTE: Range tops can be a combination of French Plates, griddle, or Hot Tops.

TROUBLESHOOTING - STANDARD OVEN

POSSIBLE CAUSES
1.
No power to range.
2.
Oven wiring malfunction.
3.
Thermostat malfunction.
4.
Heating elements malfunction.
1.
Oven thermostat malfunction.
2.
Oven wiring malfunction.
3.
Bottom heating element malfunction.
1.
Infinite switch in OFF position or malfunction.
2.
Top heating element malfunction.
1.
Refer to the Installation & Operation Manual.

Thermostat not calibrated. See OVEN THERMOSTAT
CALIBRATION.
2.
Thermostat malfunction.

TROUBLESHOOTING - RANGE TOPS

POSSIBLE CAUSES
1.
No power to range (circuit breaker open).
2.
Range wiring malfunction.
3.
Thermostat malfunction (griddle, Hot Top).
4.
Infinite switch malfunction (French Plates 208-240V)
5.
3 heat switch malfunction (French Plates 480V).
6.
Heating element malfunction.
1.
Thermostat needs calibrated. See GRIDDLE THERMOSTAT
CALIBRATION or HOT TOP THERMOSTAT CALIBRATION.
2.
Thermostat bulb positioned incorrectly.
3.
Thermostat malfunction.
1.
