PROBLEM
The platen rotates
without paper feed, or
continuous forms
instead of cut sheets
are fed.
Paper distortion.
Unable to eject.

Sheets are not loaded

ACTION
Load sheets to the end.
Eject the continuous
forms and select cut
sheet mode for the
printer.

Load forms with their
left holes in line with
the right ones.
Relocate the Pin
Tractors to tighten the
