BRP LIMITED WARRANTY NORTH AMERICA:

1) SCOPE OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY
Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. ("BRP")* warrants its 2007 Can-Am ATV
from defects in material or workmanship for the period and under the conditions
described below.
All genuine Can-AmATV parts and accessories, installed by an authorized Can-Am
dealer (as hereinafter defined) at the time of delivery of the 2007 Can-Am ATV,
carry the same warranty as that of the Can-Am ATV.
If your 2007 Outlander™ 400 XT, Outlander 400 XT Max, Outlander 500 XT,
Outlander 500 XT Max, Outlander 650 HO EFI XT, Outlander 650 HO EFI XT
Max, Outlander 800 XT and Outlander 800 XT Max Can-Am ATV is originally
equipped with Carlisle
tires then the tires are warranted separately by the tire
manufacturer. If such a tire is installed on your Can-Am ATV, please contact the
manufacturer or ask your authorized Can-Am dealer for warranty coverage and
assistance.

If your 2007 Outlander 400 XT, Outlander 400 XT Max, Outlander 500 XT,
Outlander 500 XT Max, Outlander 650 HO EFI XT, Outlander 650 HO EFI XT
Max, Outlander 800 XT and Outlander 800 XT Max Can-Am ATV was originally
equipped with another make of tire, they are warranted directly by BRP and not
by the tire manufacturer.
Use of the product for racing or any other competitive activity, at any point, even
by a previous owner, will render this warranty null and void.
2) WARRANTY COVERAGE PERIOD
This warranty will be in effect from the date of delivery to the first retail consumer
or the date the product is first put into use, whichever occurs first and for a period
of:
SIX (6) CONSECUTIVE MONTHS, for private use or commercial use owners.
The emission-related components included in the chart below, that are installed
on EPA certified Can-Am ATV's (see list below) registered in the USA are covered
for thirty (30) consecutive months.
