Note: To access the rear access panel, both the gas and venting (see
vent/fl ue installation in this manual) will need to be disconnected for
proper removal. There is no access to the blower from the front of
this appliance.
Before you begin:
Shut off the gas supply to the unit.
Disconnect all electrical supply to the unit.
Always let the appliance cool to room temperature before servicing.
1. Remove 9 screws and loosen 5 screws along the bottom to remove fan
access panel -see Diagram 1
2. Lift fan bracket and fan off pins from base of unit.

3. Pull out bracket and fan, disconnect wires. Remove fan (to service or
replace) from bracket by removing three (3) screws as shown below.

4. Position gasket between fan and back access panel as shown below in
Diagram 4. Secure fan and gasket to fan bracket with 3 screws.

5. Connect the wires from the wire harness to the fan terminals (see
Diagram 5a)and connect the other end to the wires of the fan control box
(see Diagram 5b).
