ACL

Access Control Lists (ACL) allow network managers to define classification actions and rules for
specific ingress ports. Packets entering an ingress port, with an active ACL, are either admitted or
denied entry. The user can also specify whether or not to shutdown the port completely if the
packet is denied entry.
The ACL menu contains the following options:

• "MAC Binding Configuration"
• "IPv4 ACL"
• "IPv4 Rules"
• "IPv4 Binding Configuration"
• "IPv6 ACL"
• "IPv6 Rules"
• "IPv6 Binding Configuration"

MAC ACL
The MAC Configuration screen allows a MAC Based ACL to be defined.
