PROBLEM
No power supply.
Power cord broken and/or plug terminal
loose.
LEDs On Panel
Wiring harness open or shorted wiring.
Do Not Light.
Interface board damaged.
Electronic control board damaged.
Lid switch contact open or shorted.
Water pump clogged.
Water pump damaged.
Brake lining dirty, misadjusted, or worn.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Turn on house breaker or fuse or wait for
power to be restored.
Measure continuity between cable ends.
Connect or replace the wiring harness.
Replace the interface board.
Replace the electronic board.
Check for continuity when closed and no
continuity when open.
Remove the object that is clogging the
water pump.
Replace the water pump.
Clean, adjust, or replace.
Replace the inlet valve (also see "No
Water Inlet").
See "Motor Does Not Run."
Connect or replace the wiring harness.
Replace the actuator.
Replace the electronic board.
Press the START/OFF keypad.
Close the lid (washer does not operate with
lid open).
Check for closed tap or house water supply.
Turn on house breaker or fuse or wait for
power to be restored.
Check the installation.
Check for continuity when closed and no
continuity when open.
Measure continuity between wiring.
Connect or replace wiring harness.
Replace the electronic control.
