Removing Valve Tray - Regency I35-NG Owners & Installation

REMOVING
VALVE TRAY
1) Unplug or disconnect the power source to the stove.
2) Shut off the gas supply and remove the gas connection from the
valve.
3) Remove the top louver.
4) Remove the safety screen.
5) Remove the screen door.
6) Remove the logs.
7) Remove the brick panels.
8) Remove the rear log tray.
9) Remove the grate.
10) Remove the burner.
11) Remove the glass door holder by removing 4 screws on the front
and 2 on the bottom.

12) Remove the fi rebox base plate by removing 11 screws which hold
it in place.

13) Remove the thermostat wires from the valve.
14) Remove the 8 screws which secure the valve tray.
15) Remove the valve tray assembly.
16) To replace the valve tray assembly, simply reverse the above
steps.
