CALL HOLDING/RETRIEVING

It is possible to hold a call which means that the one party of the call is put on hold and
cannot hear the other party, but can only hear a repeated short tone on hold until the call is
retrieved.
1. To put the called party on hold, press the "Hold" softkey and this party is put on hold.
2. To retrieve the call, and thereby continue the conversation, press the "Retrieve" softkey which
is only showed on the screen when the other party of the call is put on hold.
Notes:
1.
If one call is active and another call is on hold, then the active call will be terminated when
pressing the red "On-hook" button, and the handsets automatically returns to the call on
hold, i.e. the call on hold is now active, and the user has to press the red "On-hook" button
again to terminate this call.
2.
When the counterpart is put on hold it is also possible establish a second call and make a
conference, swap or transfer which will be explained in the following sections.

CALL TRANSFER

When in an ongoing call, it is possible for either party to transfer the call, either supervised or
unsupervised, to another handset.

SUPERVISED TRANSFER

For a supervised transfer you call the party to which the call is transferred, before you
perform the transfer.
1. Initiate a call with a party so that the handset displays "Connected" as shown below.
