Tip 5-3. Inspect F EVAP DEFROST BUILD
※ Operate Self-diagnosis test into "TIP 5-1" without power
off.  Must check forced defrost operation after defrosting
repair.
Step 1
Touch Display "Energy Saver"+"Alarm" Key for 8
sec at the same time until "DingDong" sound
appear.
※ When Error occur  Measure it with
moving to TIP 5-1.
- If there is no ERROR, "24 E"(Freezing
DEFROST ERROR)
 Inspect Step2
Step 2 (Bimetal / HEATER OPEN)
① Inspect BIMETAL (RED+BLK) Open
Replace the part
- Normal: 0Ω,
② Measure Heater (BRN+BRN) resistance
Replace Heater
- Normal: 50~72Ω,
③ Forced Heater On HEATER part voltage
Inspect WIRE
- Normal:105~125V,
① Inspect Main PBA CN70 No.9(BRN),CN72
No.3GRY)+LINER Part CONNECTOR WIRE
OPEN
Failure: OPEN
- Failure : Open & 0 Ω
Inspect HEATER voltage
Failure: 0V
- 52/65 -
Freezing on all of EVAP
Inspect BIMETAL
