► Symptom
Tray 1 is pulled out.
► Troubleshooting method
1) Remove and reinstall the tray1.
2) Remove the tray1. Check if tray1 is damaged.
3) Check the connection between the tray1 detection sensor and on the main board.
4) Check if the tray1 detection sensor is damaged. If necessary, replace the sensor.
5) If necessary, replace the main board.
