1) Check if the waste toner container is installed properly.
2) Remove and reinstall the waste toner container.

Replace with new Tray1 pickup roller.

End of life, Replace with new Tray1 retard roller.

► Symptom
The pick up roller or reverse roller is at the end of its life.
► Troubleshooting method
1) Turn the machine off.
2) Replace the pick up roller Assy and reverse roller Assy.
