Holding and Transferring Calls

Depending on your telephone line connection, it is possible to put a call in progress
on hold to consult with another subscriber or to transfer the call to another
subscriber. Also refer to the operating manual supplied with your telephone system.
A call is currently being made.
R
Press
to put the caller on hold. The caller waits.

Dial the phone number of subscriber you need to contact.
Consult with the subscriber.
1st option
R
Press
to end the second call. Continue the conversation with the first caller.
2nd option
Inform the second subscriber you are connecting the first caller.
Transfer the call by replacing the receiver.
S
The call can be transferred without making any announcement; simply replace
the receiver when the telephone of the second subscriber rings.
