c. Install the component parts to the slid-
ing sheave and the sheave cap.

2. when installing the spacer and collar to
the spider. the spacer and the spider
projections must be fitted to the collar
slit.
NOTE: - - - - - - - - - - - -
1. When installing the spider and primary
sheave cap to the primary sliding
sheave, be sure to align the
X
marks on
the spider and sheave cap with that on
sliding sheave.

_ Greasing point
b. Oil the points shown in the illustration.
Do not apply the grease on the portion
of
X
mark. For other parts. greasing is
unnecessary.
CAUTION:---------...,
If the cotter pin. is removed for the
greasing. replace it with new one.
CAUTION:---------...,
When the bushing is replaced with new
one. apply molybdnum disulfide grease
to bushing lightly. Except for this. Don't
grease.
