Oil Pump

Check the suction hose and pickup
body before replacing the oil pump.
– Remove the clutch – see
– Remove the brake band
– see 5.4.2.

Pull worm (1) with drive spring off
the crankshaft.
If necessary, remove the drive
spring from the worm.

Take out the screws (arrows).
Disconnect the delivery hose (2)
and suction hose (3).
Remove the oil pump (1).
Install in the reverse sequence.
Make sure the hoses are free from
kinks.
– Lubricate worm with grease
before installation –

– Drain the oil tank.

– Remove the flywheel –
Dispose oil and fluids properly.

Take out the fan housing
Remove the fan housing (1).
Inspect fan housing gasket (1)
Install in the reverse sequence.
