Formatting a Label

Importing Fonts

You can also import your own fonts for use in labels created on the printer. Only True-Type
fonts can be imported. A USB flash drive must be used to import fonts to the printer.
To import fonts:
First, copy the fonts to import into the root directory of a USB flash drive.
1.
Plug the flash drive into any available USB port on the printer.
2.
On the printer, touch Menu
3.
Under System, touch Import
4.
Touch Fonts
5.
Under External USB:, touch the font file name that you want to import.
6.
Touch Import
7.
The imported graphics display in the Imported: section.
When ready, touch OK
8.
Note:
have to clear some space on the system before you can import any new fonts. You
can clear space by deleting saved files. There is approximately 56MB of storage
space available.
