Status Indicator Lights

The first step in troubleshooting is to check the status indicator lights (LEDs) in the order outlined below.

Green when power is on.
when new embedded software is being installed.
Solid green when connected. Flash
the LAN.
Solid green when trained. Blinking
when training.
Solid green when Broadband device is connected. Flashes
activity on the WAN port. If the physical link comes up, but PPP or
DHCP fail, the LED turns red.
