    You can still see a visual notification of the call and have the option to answer the call. If you are running Polycom UC Software version 5.0.0, missed calls on shared lines are displayed in the Missed Calls log in Recent Calls on all the phones of the shared line. However, received incoming calls that were answered on one of the shared line phones are not logged in the Recent Calls log on any of the phones.
