Front Caster Wheel Bearing Replace-
ment
1. Jack front of the unit up and place on certified jack
stands.
2. Remove the front yoke and tire assembly by removing
the hex head bolt in the top cap and sliding the yoke out.
3. With a punch drive the bottom bearing out the bottom
of the housing.
NOTE: A spacer will fall out with the bearing.

4. Now drive the top bearing out of the top of the housing.
5. Check the races in the housing for any damage.
6. Drive the bottom bearing (with the extended collar of
the bearing facing down) into to the housing using a
bearing driver or a rubber faced mallet as not to damage
the bearing.
7. With the bottom bearing in place line the spacer up
with bearing and install the top bearing making sure the
collar is facing down.

8. Install the yoke place washer then the top cap and
tighten the hex head bolt.
