Motor Installation

1. Install the hose adapters that were removed from the
old motor on the new motor.
NOTE: Be sure to install the adapters the same way
they came out of the old motor as they can be
installed backwards and will not work properly.
Torque the adapters. See sec. 2 pg 29
2. Install plated spacer onto the back of the motor. Install
the motor into the frame with the hydraulic ports facing
down. Connect with the four bolts removed earlier.
Torque to standard specifications.
3. Connect the hydraulic lines. Be sure to install lines the
same as they were on the old motor. Torque the hose
fittings. See sec. 2 pg 29
4. Mount the wheel and tire.
NOTE: If you drained the system you will need to
prime the pump before activating the system.
