D o n o t c h a n g e t h e e n g i n e g o v e r n o r s e t t i n g o r o v e r - s p e e d
t h e e n g i n e . T h e g o v e r n o r c o n t r o l s t h e m a x i m u m s a f e
o p e r a t i n g s p e e d o f t h e e n g i n e .
Snow thrower shave plates and skid shoes are subject to
wear and damage. For your safety protection, frequently

Check control levers periodically to verify they engage
and disengage properly and adjust, if necessary. Refer
to the adjustment section in this operator's manual for
I n S t r u c t r o n s .

Observe proper disposal laws and regulations for gas, oil,
etc. to protect the environment.
Prior to storing, run machine a few minutes to clear snow
from machine and prevent freeze up of auger/impeller.

(CPSC) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA),
this product has an Average Useful Life of seven (7) years,
or 60 hours of operation. At the end of the Average tJseful
l i f e h a v e t h e m a c h i n e i n s p e c t e d a n n u a l l y b y a n a u t h o r i z e d
s e r v i c e d e a l e r t o e n s u r e t h a t a l l r n e c h a n i c a l a n d s a f e r v
systems are working properly and not worn excessively.

Do not modify engine
T o a v o i d s e r i o u s i n j u r y o r d e a t h , d o n o t m o d i f y e n g i n e i n a n y
w a y . T a m p e r i n g w i t h t h e g o v e r n o r s e t t i n g c a n l e a d t o a r u n a w a y
engine and cause it to operate at unsafe speeds. Never tamper
with factory setting of engine governor.
