A: You could try to reset the 3.5G server router back to factory default settings. Please hold the
Reset button over 5 seconds. The STATUS light will be off, and then every LED indicator will
be on again. It means the 3.5G server router is back to factory default settings.
3. Q: My 3.5G server router will shut down automatically without any warning, why?
A: Please check the power adapter connection again, then check STATUS indicator. If the indicator
is still not on, the memory inside the router might be damaged, please contact the sales.
