You need to replace all three parts (the Fusing Unit, Transfer Unit, and retard roller) at a time. Both the Transfer

Removing the Fusing Unit

1 Turn off the printer, and wait for 40 minutes.
2 Pull the rear cover handle to open the rear cover.
3 Raise the two gray levers on the both sides of the fusing unit to unlock.
