Troubleshooting

Your Puritee + ™ water purifier may not function at its desired capability if used
incorrectly. This may not necessarily mean that the product is faulty. For instances like
these, please follow the steps given below to troubleshoot the problem without the
help from a certified technician. If the problem still persists, please call Customer care
centre immediately.
Problems
Change in water taste.
Decreased flow of
purified water.
Less / No reject water.
No pure water.
Buzzer beeps and
power LED blinks
continuously.
Check-up
Has the purified water
been stored in the tank
for long time?
Filters / Membrane may
require replacement.
Has the raw water quality
changed?
Check if there is no water
flow through reject line.
Check whether the
tap / ball valve is closed.
Filters / Membrane may be
clogged or damaged.
Check if the reject water
tube is bent.
Check if the reject water
tube is blocked.
Check whether there is
water supply in the tap.
Check whether tap / ball
valve is closed.
Check if either RO change
or SCPA change is RED.
None of the above.
Water leak alarm is
triggered indicating
that there is a leakage
inside the purifier.

Solution
Dispose the stored water
and clean the tank.
Call Customer care centre
for replacement.
Call Customer care centre.
Flow restrictor might be
choked. Call Customer
care centre.
Open the tap / ball valve.
Call Customer care centre
for replacement.
Clear the bent in the
reject water tube.
Switch OFF the water
purifier and call Customer
care centre.
If no, take the help of a
plumber to set it right.
Open the tap / ball valve.
Call Customer care centre
for replacement of filters.
Call Customer care centre.
Switch OFF the water
purifier and call Customer
care centre.
