Using a USB connection
Follow the steps below to connect the printer to your computer
through the USB interface. You need a standard shielded USB
cable.
Note:
Only Macintosh
running Mac
support the USB interface.
1. Plug the appropriate end of the cable into the USB port on the
back of the printer, as shown below. (The end that fits the
printer has a different shape from the end that fits the
computer.)
2. Connect the other end of the cable to the computer's USB port.
