To cancel the call:
Press and hold the Emergency Help Button on the Pendant for approximately 5

seconds until the light flashes green once and you hear a series of beeps.
You can also cancel by pressing the blue RESET button on your Base Station.

If you cancel the call, your Base Station says "ALARM CANCELLED" and no

alarm is sent to the emergency response center.
