installation. Save these
General & Location:
• Use ONLY Hunter® replacement parts.
• This fan is intended for outdoor use ONLY. This fan is
suitable for wet locations. If the fan has been subjected
to extreme weather conditions, inspect before use.
• This fan MUST be assembled by three or more people.
Do NOT attempt to assemble this fan without
assistance.
• Make sure the installation site you choose allows the
fan blades to rotate without any obstructions within
6 feet of end of fan blades. A minimum clearance of 7
feet from the finished surface to the bottom edge of
the fan blade is required.
• If locating under an awning or covering, we
recommend a minimum awning or covering height of
10 feet.
• This fan is NOT to be used on, or within 6 feet of stairs.
Cautions:
• Do NOT climb on pole or table (if applicable).
• Do NOT use an extension cord with this fan.
• Do NOT place objects on power cord.
• Do NOT operate if: a) the power cord or plug is damaged; b) the appliance malfunctions; or c) the unit has been damaged in any
manner. Contact Hunter® Fan Company's Service Department. Do not return to the retailer.
• Do NOT operate within 6 feet of objects or walkways.
• Do NOT assemble or operate this fan on unlevel ground. This fan may ONLY be placed on level decks, level patios, level ground or
similar flat, level surfaces.
• All wiring must be in accordance with national and local electrical codes and ANSI/NFPA 70.
• Before each use, inspect the power cord for cuts, wear and/or abrasion marks. If any are found, or any wires are exposed, the
appliance should be serviced and the power cord replaced. Please contact Hunter®® Fan Company's Service Department. Do not
return to the retailer.

Warnings:
• To reduce the risk of personal injury, assemble the fan according
to these instructions, and use only the hardware supplied.
• To reduce the risk of personal injury, do NOT bend the blade
attachment system when installing, balancing, or cleaning the fan.
NEVER insert foreign objects between rotating fan blades.
• To avoid possible electrical shock, before relocating your fan,
disconnect the power by unplugging the power cord from the
electrical outlet.
• To reduce the risk of electrical shock, keep fan at least 16 feet away
from pools and spas. NEVER place the fan where it can fall or be
pulled into a pool or hot tub.
• To reduce the risk of electrical shock, ALWAYS connect to an
outlet provided with a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupting Device
(GFCI).
• ALWAYS keep power cord dry and out of water (puddles, pools,
fountains).
• This appliance has a grounded three-prong plug and is suitable
for grounded receptacle use only. Do NOT attempt to defeat the
purpose of this safety feature.
