Transmitting data to a node or room on the Internet

to a local node" to transmit a message

Returning to the connection status display temporarily

Press in the screen at the bottom of each menu layer - [EMERGENCY], [NEWS
STATION], [LOCAL NEWS] and [INT NEWS] - to return to the connection status display
temporarily. In the connection status display, the decimal point of the frequency is shown
flashing.
Tip The screen will not return to the connection status display even if
message creation screen or PICT details display screen.
In the connection status display, communication can be switched between Band A or
Band B by pressing [V/M].
Press to return to the previous screen from the connection display.
