Quick Links

1. Use the K00117 to install a 22" B, J, Q, S, and Flaker/Chip ice machines on a Manitowoc C-730 bin.
2. Installation (bin to be level before starting):
A. Remove the hinge on the right and left side of the bin.
B. Remove the foam tape on the right and left rail. Trim back the foam tape on the front and rear bin rails, as
shown.
C. Position the adapter panels and hinges on bin and fasten with the four existing hinge screws.
D. Using the adapters as templates, drill four 5/32" (4 mm.) holes, .500" (12.7 mm.) deep maximum, in the rear of
the bin (adapters must be level with bin). Warning: Do not drill through interior liner. Attach with the
screws provided.
E. Apply foam tape to the edge of the adapters, as shown. Note: We recommend using RTV at intersections and
along front inside edge of foam tape to prevent water tracking. Use double thickness with S-series ice
machines.
3. Refer to ice machine installation manual for ice machine installation procedures.
