7) Slide the generator towards the front of the unit and out of the frame. remove the generator belt from the generator pulley (Figure e).
8) reverse Steps 1-7 to install a new generator belt. NOTE: when installing the generator, be sure to tighten the small eye hook nuts on the
generator so that the generator belt can be turned a maximum of 90 degrees (Figure F).
9) test the bike for function as outlined in Section 7.23.
