    E5 Series processor (up to 8 cores) and supports eight 240-pin 1600/1333 MHz DDR3 DIMM modules. The IMBA-C604EP is designed to support PCIe Gen 3.0 specifications with up to 40 lanes at 8 GT/s I/O bandwidth. In addition, the IMBA-C604EP provides server management function through the IPMI 2.0 and iKVM support.

    Electrostatic discharge (ESD) can cause serious damage to electronic components, including the IMBA-C604EP. Dry climates are especially susceptible to ESD. It is therefore critical that whenever the IMBA-C604EP or any other electrical component is handled, the following anti-static precautions are strictly adhered to.
