5.8 Installing the printer driver

To allow the XPS-80 or XPS-90 to be operated via Windows® on
your PC, you must first install the corresponding printer driver
onto your system. These printer drivers are provided on the Flex-
Mail CD, included with your printer.
Locate the small booklet included inside the FlexMail CD jacket.
Perform the steps described in the Section "To install FlexMail:".
Note: A trial version of FlexMail was included with your printer.
This FlexMail CD also includes the printer drivers. The drivers
must be loaded using the "InstallLauch.exe" program found on
this CD. Please keep this CD and jacket in a safe place. You will
need them, in the event you ever need to re-install the printer
drivers.

5.9 Printing addresses

Addresses are printed in the same way as on other desktop print-
ers, namely via an application program on your PC such as Flex-
Mail.
It is assumed that you are familiar with your PC as well as with all
the necessary functions of your application program. Descriptions
of these are beyond the scope of this manual, with the exception
of the printer-specific applications of the recommended FlexMail
program.
It is also assumed that the hardware and software of your PC has
been correctly installed, as described in the manufacturers corre-
sponding hardware and software manuals, and that the PC is
properly connected to the printer.
To print with the XPS-80/90, select the corresponding XPS-80 or
XPS-90 printer, via your application program, from the list of print-
ers that have been loaded to your system.
