1. Holddown thePAUSE/STOP
button andRight b utton together f or3 seconds w hileinthePower-Up M ode to gointothe
Console S etupMode.
Nete" P ushPAUSE/STOP
toexittheConsole S etup Mode andreturn to thePower-Up M ode screen.
2. TheConsole d isplay shows theSound Settings p rompt w iththecurrent s etting. P ush theIncrease/Decrease
buttons to
change between "ON" and"OFF".
A_ IftheSound hasbeen muted, t heConsole w ill d isplay the"AUDIO OFF" p rompt b efore a Workout startsasa reminder.
3. Push OKto set.
4. TheConsole d isplay shows theDateprompt w iththecurrent s etting. Tochange, pushtheIncrease/Decrease
buttons to
adjust t hecurrently a ctive value (flashing). Push theLeft/Right buttons tochange which segment isthecurrently a ctive
value (month
/ day / yea0.

Push OK to set.

The Console display shows the Time prompt with the current setting. Push the Increase/Decrease buttons to adjust the
currently active value (flashing). Push the Left/Right buttons to change which segment is the currently active value (AM or
PM / hour / minute ).

Push OK to set.

The Console display shows the UNITS prompt with the current setting. Push the Increase/Decrease buttons to change
between "MILES" and "KM".
9.
Push OK to set.
10. The Console display shows the TOTAL RUN HOURS for the machine.
11. For the next prompt, push the OK button.
12. The Console display shows the LOG prompt.
13. For the next prompt, push the OK button.
14. The Console display shows the Software Version prompt.
15. For the next prompt, push the OK button.
16. The Console will display the Power-Up Mode screen.
