Judgment method
Causes
✳If the outdoor temperature is so low(below -5˚C) or a number of indoor unit is off simultaneously, the indoor unit can be frozen in an instant.
Check the indoor unit detected freez-
ing.
Remove the obstacles of
corresponding indoor unit and clean
the dust filter.
Error reset(KEY3)
Operate a corresponding
indoor unit.
Does operate normally the
indoor unit fan motor?
Yes
Test operation for every
room(KEY 4)
Is high/low pressure normal ?
Yes
It is completed to check the system.

- Indoor fan motor defect or lock
- EEV open error

Replace the motor after checking
