The Bluetooth power is off and the device is
disconnected while in Dial lock/Omakase Lock.
After Dial lock/Omakase Lock is released, the
Bluetooth power is turned on and the service will
be in standby mode if it was being connected or in
standby while in Dial lock/Omakase Lock.
