❑ Cut away the covering material from over the elevator pushrod exit slot
in the right side of the fuselage.
❑ Center the elevator servo (the right-side servo).
❑ Slide the plain end of the pushrod through the fuselage and out the
elevator pushrod exit slot, then attach the servo horn to the servo, making
sure that it's centered and pointing toward the fuselage side.

Don't forget to install the servo horn retaining screw.
❑ With both the elevator and the elevator servo centered, cut off the pushrod
right at the front of the control horn.
❑ Slide a piece of heat-shrink tubing over the pushrod, then attach one
prebent wire to the outermost hole in the control horn.
❑ Center both the elevator servo and the elevator, then slide the heat-shrink
tubing over the wire.
❑ Double-check that both the elevator servo and the elevator are centered,
then use a heat gun to shrink the heat-shrink tubing.

❑ Cut away the covering material from over the rudder pushrod exit slot in
the left side of the fuselage.
❑ Cut away all but one arm from a servo horn, then attach the remaining
pushrod into the outermost hole in the servo arm.
❑ Center the rudder servo, then slide the plain end of the pushrod through
the fuselage and out the rudder pushrod exit slot.
❑ Attach the servo horn to the servo, making sure that it's centered and
pointing toward the fuselage side. Don't forget to install the servo horn
retaining screw.
