Overview 2.1 Introduction This VGA to HDMI Converter Scaler with Local VGA Out is designed to upscale analog video signals from a PC/Component source to digital HDMI outputs of wide-range HDTV and PC resolutions, up to 1080p/WUXGA. Besides video upscaling, the scaler also converts digital/analog audio signal to digital/analog for- mat, then outputs it to HDMI, combining the video, TOSLink (optical fiber), and phone jack (L/R audio) simultaneously. -
