To assemble the small, medium and large burners

^ Place burner head b onto burner base e so that the
ignitor d and the ignition safety device c extend through
their respective holes in the burner head. The burner head
must click into place correctly.
^ Place the burner cap a flat over the burner head b.
When correctly positioned, it will not slide about.
