    You can fi nd out the features of your TV set by calling Index - Integrated fea- tures (call up by pressing the INFO key in TV mode, while no menu is displayed). With the remote control RC4, you can operate three Loewe units, this TV, a Loewe video recorder and a Loewe DVD player.

    • Place the TV set on a level, fi rm base. The set should not protrude at the front when installing in cabinets or shelves. Only use original accessories if possible, e.g. Loewe wall holders and stands. Never let children handle the TV unattended.

    Initial installation Switch On/Off Press the On / Off button (mains voltage) on the right hand side of the set until it locks. The red indicator on the TV set now lights up (standby mode). Switch on the set with the switch integrated in the display. The green indicator now lights up (other operating possibilities, see page 11).

    Initial installation Directing DVB-T antenna (only for DVB-T models) If you use a room antenna to receive one or more DVB-T stations that have picture and sound interference, then you should change the location of where the antenna is set up. To help you direct your antenna or to help you determine the most suitable loca- tion to set up the antenna, your TV set has a display for the signal quality C/N and the signal strength Level.

    Modes of operation TV mode In initial installation and daily operation, the TV set is in TV mode. This is also the case when none of the other modes of operation such as EPG, Teletext or Radio has been selected. Each of these modes of operation has a menu, which you can call with the MENU button and with some color button assignments.
