Removing and Replacing the Flip Cover

1.
Remove the battery housing, battery, antenna, rear housing assembly,
transceiver board assembly, and keypad as described in the procedures.
2.
Using the disassembly tool, lift the bottom end of the flip cover away from the
flip assembly as shown in Figure 13.

To replace, align the top corners of the flip cover with the opening of the flip
barrel and push down on all 4 corners of the cover until it snaps into place.
4.
Replace the transceiver board, metal chassis shield, rear housing assembly,
antenna, battery, and battery housing as described in the procedures.
