Has the Setup Utility been used to set [Serial Port A] or [Serial Port B] to
[Touchscreen]? (

Confirm that the setting for resource in [Start] - [Programs] - [Updd] - [Settings] -
[Hardware] and the setting for [Base I/O] in [Serial Port A] or [Serial Port B] of the
Setup Utility are appropriate.
When mouse drivers are installed (i.e. Intellimouse), the touchscreen may at times
be unable to be used. In such cases, reinstall the touchscreen driver.
Remove the check mark for [Auto Detect] in [Start] - [Programs] - [Updd] - [Set-
tings] - [Hardware] and add the check mark again, select [OK].
Has the touchscreen driver been properly installed?
It is necessary to perform [Calibration] to point correctly with your finger or the
stylus included with the computer
