6. Push the 3-point hitch control lever forward to
lower any implements to the ground.

control valve:
• use the implement control lever to lower any
implements to the ground

IMPORTANT
● To prevent injury and property damage:
• always lock the parking brake
• make sure the primary gear lever, forward/N/
reverse lever and range gear lever are in the N
(neutral) positions
• make sure that the engine is not running
● The tractor wheels are free to move when any of
the following is in the N (neutral) position:
• primary gear lever
• range gear lever
• forward/N/reverse lever

7. Engage the parking brake securely, for details,
see "6. Lock and Set the Parking Brake" on page
7-4.
8. Pull the throttle control lever backward to the slow
idle position.
9. Idle the engine at least 2 minutes.

10.Turn the starter key switch to the OFF position.

11.Remove the key from the starter key switch.
12.Before leaving the operator seat, ensure the
engine and all moving parts have stopped.
