Recharging the Battery

Remove the protective cover.
LC-E5
LC-E5E
Attach the battery.
_ As shown in the illustration, attach the
battery securely
_ To detach the battery, follow the
above procedure in reverse
_ Recharge the battery.
For LC-E5
_ As shown by the arrow, flip out the
battery charger's prongs and insert
the prongs into a power outlet.
For LC-ESE
_ Connect the power cord to the
charger and insert the plug into the
power outlet.
_ Recharging starts automatically and
the charge lamp turns orange.
_ When the battery is fully recharged,
the charge lamp will turn green.
_ it takes about 2 hours to fully
recharge a compJetely exhausted
battery,
The time required to recharge the
battery depends on the ambient
temperature and battery's charge
level
